PAYMENT INFORMATION

The Payment for the Products available on the Website may be made in the following ways:

  1. Payments can be made by Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay, Diner and Discover), Net Banking (50+ banks across India), Wallets ( FreeCharge, MobiKwik, Ola Money, Reliance Jio Money, Airtel Money, Paytm, Amazon pay and PhonePe ) and UPI (Google Pay, BHIM UPI and PhonePe)
  2. Cash on Delivery

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by emailing admin@Komagal.com. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS

Our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at admin@Komagal.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
